
Delete your account
You can delete your SketchEdge account and its data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open SketchEdge and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap the edit (pencil) icon on your profile.
- Tap Close Account, check the confirmation box, and tap Close Account.
This deletes your account and your project content (3D scans, photos, documents, and project details) from our active systems.
Option 2 — Request it here
Can't access the app anymore? Send us a request with the email address on your account. We verify that you own the account and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What happens to your data
- Your account and project content are removed from our active systems.
- Some limited records (like purchase history) may be kept where the law requires it.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage that in your device's subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad).
