What do I need for 3D scanning?
3D room scanning uses the LiDAR sensor on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models. Photos, documents, and project management work on any supported iPhone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store. On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SketchEdge.
How do I get an estimate from my scans?
Use Request Estimate in the app or on the website. A professional estimator reviews your project and prepares the estimate.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Edit Profile → Close Account. Or use our account deletion page.
